The global outbreak of COVID-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, has led to a significant public health crisis with far reaching consequences. As the pandemic continues to evolve, various treatment approaches have been explored to combat the infection, ranging from antiviral medications to immune-modulating therapies, along with vaccine development. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the multidisciplinary strategies employed in the management of COVID-19.
