The aim of this study was to design, formulate, and evaluate Tacrolimus-loaded thermosensitive solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) for effective dermal drug delivery. Tacrolimus, an immunosuppressive agent, is commonly used in the treatment of various skin conditions, including atopic dermatitis, but its systemic side effects and poor skin penetration limit its therapeutic potential. The incorporation of Tacrolimus into thermosensitive SLNs offers a promising solution to enhance localized drug delivery, improve bioavailability, and reduce systemic exposure.
