Abstract

Pregnancy introduces a unique physiological state that significantly impacts the female reproductive system, altering both its structure and function. This manuscript explores various gynecological disorders that arise during pregnancy, providing a comprehensive review of their anatomy, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, and management strategies. Key topics include conditions like cervical ectopy, ovarian tumors, leiomyomas, and retroverted gravid uterus, alongside complications such as abnormal vaginal discharge and carcinoma of the cervix. Emphasis is placed on the dynamic interplay between these disorders and pregnancy outcomes, detailing diagnostic techniques such as speculum examination, cytology, and ultrasonography. Treatment modalities, tailored to gestational stages, are outlined with considerations for maternal and fetal health
