Fungal infections pose a significant challenge in dermatology, often requiring effective and targeted drug delivery for optimal treatment outcomes. Luliconazole, a broad-spectrum azole antifungal agent, exhibits potent activity against dermatophytic infections but suffers from poor aqueous solubility and limited skin penetration, reducing its therapeutic efficacy. To overcome these limitations, this study focuses on the development and evaluation of a niosomal gel based delivery system for enhanced penetration and antifungal effectiveness.
